June 4-6 2019, Brest, France

Practical information

General information

The workshop will be held at Institut Universitaire Européen de la Mer (IUEM) at Plouzané, a few kilometers from Brest city center. It will start on Tuesday June 4th at 10am and will finish on Thursday June 6th around 3 pm. The registration desk will be opened from 9am on June 4th.

Lunches are included free of charge for all participants.

A cocktail dinner will be organized on Tuesday night (for those who have registered).

It will be on the Brestoa (https://www.lebrestoa.com/), The shuttle will take the participants who have registered for the dinner directly to the harbor after the workshop, from where the boat will leave at 7:30 pm. Return to the harbor should be around 9:30pm. The harbor is only a short 20 min walk to the city center.

Although we are hoping for good weather, please note that evening can be cold in June, and in particular at sea.
